Freely Health acts as a connection platform — we introduce providers to opportunities. All resulting agreements, obligations, and relationships are between the provider and the engaging organization.
Payments & Fees
By using the platform, you agree to the following payment obligations:
- Pay all applicable fees as outlined during the service or opportunity engagement
- Make timely payments if applicable to your use of the platform
- Arrange or accept payment outside of the platform
Intellectual Property
All content on this platform — including software, text, logos, and visuals — is owned by or licensed to Freely Health Inc.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from Freely Health Inc.
Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for:
- Losses arising from your use or inability to use the platform
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the Western District of Texas.
